Omnoryn collects only the information reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to an Automation Audit inquiry. This notice describes the website intake workflow and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Data collected through this site
The Automation Audit form may collect your name, work email, company or organization, a description of the workflow you want to automate, current tools or systems, approximate volume and target timeline. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery codes or authentication secrets.
Purpose and retention
We use audit-request information to evaluate your inquiry, contact you about the requested work and protect the intake process from abuse. Audit requests are retained for up to 90 days by default. Records may be retained longer only when needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation, dispute resolution or security investigation.
Local browser storage
The site stores one functional preference in your browser: your selected language. This value is stored locally so the site can remember your choice. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Infrastructure and anti-abuse processing
Cloudflare may process standard request metadata required to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, user agent and security events. The audit form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side token validation to reduce automated abuse. The application does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses in the audit-request database.
Do not send secrets
Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, authentication tokens, recovery codes or production credentials through ordinary email or public web forms.
Operational review
This notice and the underlying controls are reviewed when the website, data flows, processors or services materially change. Jurisdiction-specific legal requirements are assessed as the business and processing scope evolve.
